Associate Sales Counselor, Disney Vacation Club (Project Hire)
Job Summary:
Job Requirements
At Disney Vacation Club (DVC), we don’t just sell vacations. We help Guests imagine what’s possible and take the next step toward a lifetime of Disney memories. As an Associate Counselor, you’ll connect with prospective Members, learn what matters most to them, and help them explore how Disney Vacation Club could become part of their family’s story. From that first spark of interest through the decision to become a Member, you’ll create welcoming, personalized experiences while helping Guests feel informed, excited, and confident about their next step.
This project hire opportunity also gives you the chance to help build something new. You’ll work alongside DVC Sales Counselors to support Guests throughout the sales journey, develop new business, manage relationships, and experiment with new ways to reach and serve prospective Members. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by results, energized by connecting with people, and excited by the opportunity to test, learn, and adapt. Your ideas, Guest insights, and results will help shape how the role evolves and influence future sales strategies and best practices.
You will report to a Sales Experience Manager.
This is an 18-month Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement.
