FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Cast members working in food & beverage provide guests with quality service and memorable dining experiences supporting more than 500 locations across Walt Disney World® Resort.

Seater
Set the tone for a world-class Walt Disney World dining experience! You’ll greet and seat guests, manage reservations and handle cash — all while maintaining the restaurant’s theme and storyline. You’ll roll silverware, fold napkins and help keep things clean indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. You’ll also support the overall restaurant operation, which may include working around food and helping with table prep or bussing. Expect lots of moving and lifting. If you love connecting with people, answering questions and being part of the show, this role is for you.
Quick Service Food & Beverage
Serve up smiles to guests every day! You’ll sell and prep food, work with kitchen equipment, handle cash, keep things clean and sanitary and may craft specialty beverages. Whether you’re solo or with a team, you’ll greet guests, answer questions and make sure everyone’s happy. You’ll be indoors and outdoors, lifting and moving — so bring your energy and love for food. You’ll learn about food safety, teamwork, and how to keep things running smoothly even when it’s busy.
RETAIL & SALES
Cast members in retail/sales areas create lasting memories by helping guests find the perfect mementos from their vacation in our various merchandise locations.

Merchandise
Become a retail rockstar and help guests find their new favorite thing! Sell cool products, handle cash, stock shelves and ship packages. In addition, you could be renting strollers and wheelchairs, prepping snacks and selling alcohol/tobacco. Expect lots of guest interaction, heavy lifting, and working both inside and outside. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love making people smile, this is for you. You’ll get to know the latest trends and help create memorable shopping experiences.
OPERATIONS
Operations cast members ensure safe, enjoyable experiences at Walt Disney World® Resort through transportation support, guest advisement and area maintenance, directly impacting the guest experience.

Attractions
Keep the adventure of the Walt Disney World Resort rolling! You’ll keep guests safe, manage ride flow and help with loading/unloading. You might work at entrances, toll plazas, or even operate trams. You may need a valid U.S. driver's license. Expect to answer questions, control crowds, and be part of the themed experience. This role requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling — plus you could be working outdoors, at heights and possibly around water. Quick thinking and solid math skills help you stay sharp while operating complex ride systems and memorizing and delivering epic narrations. You’ll be the go-to for info and safety, making every visit unforgettable.
Custodial
Make every magical space shine! Interact with guests, clean restrooms, bus tables, sweep, mop and handle trash. You might drive a golf cart or clean pool decks and may need a valid U.S. driver's license. You’ll work independently inside and outside, sometimes at heights or near water. Heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and using cleaning solutions are part of the role. If you love keeping areas neat and tidy and helping people, you’ll fit right in.
Monorail
Keep the magic moving! You’ll support the Monorail and resort transit operations by helping guests load/unload, answering transportation questions, managing crowds, using radios and speaking over microphones. Safety, ability to lead in emergencies and knowledge of resort transportation are essential. You will work both indoors and outdoors and a valid U.S. driver’s license is required. If you’re tech-savvy, love helping people, and want to be part of the resort’s iconic transportation experience, this role puts you at the center of the journey.
PhotoPass Photographer
Capture memories and help guests share their story! Assist guests with photos, operate digital cameras, carry gear and sell PhotoPass products. You may work with character performers and will move between locations, indoors and outdoors. Creativity, heavy lifting, bending, twisting and engaging with guests are all part of the fun. If you love photography and making people smile, this is your moment. You’ll learn how to use pro-level tech and create lasting memories for families and friends.
Skyliner Gondola
Give guests a bird’s-eye view on the Walt Disney World Skyliner! Operate the computerized transportation system, help guests load/unload, deliver narrations, answer guest questions, manage crowds and keep everyone safe. You’ll work at heights, outdoors and sometimes climb stairs. Safety, ability to lead in emergencies and knowledge of resort transportation are essential. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required. You’ll be part of a team that keeps things running smoothly and safely.
Watercraft
All aboard! In the watercraft role, you will operate free-floating, multi-passenger boats of various sizes, use onboard computers, help guests load/unload, answer guest questions, deliver narrations and manage crowds. You’ll work outdoors, around water and need a valid U.S. driver’s license. Safety, ability to lead in emergencies and knowledge of resort transportation are essential. RECREATION
Recreation cast members help guests enjoy their vacations at our water parks, resort swimming pools, golf and mini golf courses, children’s activity centers, or guest arcades.

Children’s Activities
Spark young imaginations with fun interactive activities for our younger guests! Keep environments safe and clean, set up and lead fun group activities and provide first aid and CPR if needed. You’ll work indoors and outdoors, around water and food, and need to be comfortable with heavy lifting and standing. If you’re energetic, love working with children and want to make a difference, this is your playground. You’ll help kids make new friends and memories, and learn leadership and safety skills.
Lifeguard
Splash into this role where you'll keep everyone safe in the water! Monitor guest safety in pools and on slides, provide first aid and spot distress signals. You’ll need strong swimming skills and physical stamina, working outdoors in all conditions. Safety is everything. You’ll get certified in lifesaving skills including CPR and first aid and be part of a team that’s always ready to help.
Recreation Attractions
Help guests relax and recharge! You’ll maintain clean, safe spaces and assist guests in recreation areas —this could mean towel/boat/bike rentals, slide operations at water parks, pool attendant, or even spa attendant. You’ll provide first aid, handle cash and may assist with food orders. Expect to work outdoors, possibly around water and at heights. If you love variety, the outdoors and helping people have a great time, this role is full of opportunity.
ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment cast members create and maintain the show as they bring beloved Disney character greetings and experiences to life.

Character Attendant
Support the stars and keep the magic alive! You’ll share show info, manage crowds, ensure safety, and team up with PhotoPass to capture unforgettable character interactions. You’ll help with costumes, set up stanchions, and keep the story flowing. Sometimes, you’ll need to say “no” to guests — but always with kindness and in a way that stays true to the character’s story. You’ll also assist performers in various stages of dress and help them stay show-ready. Creativity, multitasking, and leadership are key as you will be working independently. You’ll work indoors and outdoors, lifting and moving themed gear, props, and setup materials. If you love storytelling and being the show support that makes character magic happen, this is your role.
Character Performer
Become the magic and bring beloved characters to life! You’ll portray costumed characters, communicate nonverbally, sign autographs, pose for photos and interact with guests authentically. You’ll wear heavy costumes and take on a physically active role that involves lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and kneeling — sometimes outdoors, in dining locations, at heights, or near water. An audition is required to be considered for this role, and special consideration will be given to performers between 4'8"–5' and 6'–6'3". If you love performing, creating memories, and stepping into a character’s shoes (literally!), this is your dream role.
Costuming Operations
Keep the show running behind the scenes! You’ll issue costumes using a digital system, assist Cast Members and performers in various stages of dress, operate laundry equipment which includes working with cleaning solutions and handle soiled garments. Expect heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and working around water, at heights, indoors and outdoors — including in warehouse environments. You’ll also drive company vehicles, so a valid U.S. driver’s license is required. This role is all about making sure the show goes on flawlessly.
LODGING
Lodging cast members ensure guests have a memorable stay at world-class resorts by providing an expedient check-in process, clean and well-maintained guest rooms or assistance with transporting luggage.

Bell Services Dispatch/Greeter
Be the welcome wagon and help guests start their magical experience! Greet guests, handle and store luggage, use dispatch systems and respond to service requests. You’ll work outdoors, lift heavy items and drive company vehicles (you’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license). If you love helping people and being the first point of contact, this is your role. You’ll learn customer service skills and be the friendly face guests remember.
Club Level Lounge
Curate the VIP experience and make every guest feel special! Maintain food and beverage offerings, prep food, bus tables, serve alcohol and handle cleaning supplies. Heavy lifting and working indoors and outdoors are part of this role. If you love hospitality, independence and making guests feel special, you'll fit in this club perfectly! You’ll learn about luxury service and how to create a relaxing, exclusive atmosphere.
Resort Concierge
Be one of the first faces guests see during their stay at a Walt Disney World resort! At the front desk, you will check guests in/out, plan itineraries, sell tickets, resolve issues, operate reservation systems and handle cash. You’ll work outdoors and lift heavy items. You’ll learn hospitality skills and how to make every guest feel at home.
Houseperson
Create guests' home away from home in a Walt Disney World resort! You’ll clean rooms and public areas, replace linens, collect trash, dust, vacuum, stock storage rooms and drive golf carts (you’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license). You’ll also work with cleaning solution. Expect heavy lifting, pushing, pulling and working indoors and outdoors. If you’re independent, love keeping things organized, want to build hospitality skills and enjoy solo tasks that make a big impact — this role’s got your name on it.
