WEEKLY PAY
Cast members are paid on a weekly basis. Direct Deposit is an available option.
TUITION ASSISTANCE
Includes Educational reimbursement for salaried employees and access to Disney Aspire for eligible full-time and part-time hourly employees.
RETIREMENT PROGRAMS
Retirement plans may be available for full-time and part-time positions.
PARK ADMISSION
Complimentary theme park admission for full-time and part-time positions after two weeks of employment
HEALTH INSURANCE
The company pays 100% of the medical/dental premium costs for the cast member and their eligible dependents.
PAID TIME OFF
Vacation and sick leave are available for full-time positions. Vacation and personal holidays are accrued based on length of service, position and hours worked. Part-time positions earn paid time off.

On-site, low-cost, and back-up options are available at select locations.
