Alternance – Data analyst & reporting (F/H/NB)
Le Département Experience Engineering à Disneyland® Paris :
Cette division a pour mission d’aider les équipes à prendre des décisions et à résoudre des problématiques complexes. Agissant comme un groupe de consultants internes, le département apporte des outils, des perspectives et une expertise qui permettent de maximiser l’expérience des visiteurs.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Data, vous contribuez à sécuriser et développer l’expérience client en construisant notamment des analyses et tableaux de bord pour le département et ses partenaires.
Vos missions :
Vous interviendrez sur principalement deux axes :
La conception et le développement de rapports/tableaux de bord de pilotage et d'aide à la décision :
Vous prenez en compte des besoins de reporting et anticipez leurs possibles évolutions,
Vous construisez des reportings en autonomie, sur des bases multisources hétérogènes, figés ou dynamiques pour l'utilisateur ;
Vous contrôlez la pérennité, la pertinence et la qualité du reporting ;
Vous êtes garant de la bonne tenue et l’amélioration des reportings en fonction de l’évolution des besoins, du système d'information de l'entreprise ou encore de l'évolution des outils du marché.
La réalisation d’analyses de la guest experience afin d'identifier d'éventuels risques et opportunités d'améliorations :
Vous construisez des analyses et des indicateurs explicatifs de performance de la guest experience afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés,
Vous détectez les tendances prévisionnelles et développez des modèles prédictifs afin de communiquer par la suite des plans d’actions appropriés aux équipes partenaires.
Vos atouts pour ce poste ?
Il s'agit d'une alternance de 2 ans.
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4 spécialisé en data mining / data science et/ou statistique.
Vous avez eu idéalement une première expérience sur un poste similaire. (stage/alternance)
Vous avez déjà utilisé Excel (fonctions et tableaux croisés dynamiques) ainsi que des outils de datavisualisation (type Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
Vous avez écrit vos premiers programmes pour automatiser des taches ou modéliser des données (langages type python, java, VBA…)
Par ailleurs vous justifiez d’un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire (B2).
Au quotidien, vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de curiosité et de rigueur.
Enfin, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
