The team collaborates cross‑functionally across a wide range of partner teams to design and optimize workflows, with an eye on content‑specific needs both domestically and internationally to drive overall DTC growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Strategic Planning Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our team. This role focuses on synthesizing data from business partners to solve key business problems, assist with process documentation and improvement, and help develop reporting and materials for a cohesive DTC portfolio narrative.

The role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, high EQ, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in management consulting, investment banking, or experience working in a strategy or business planning role within the media & entertainment and/or direct-to-consumer industry, loves to solve problems, and is intellectually curious.
