This includes roadmap reviews, performance updates, and investor narrative discussions with Disney’s most senior leaders up to, and including, the CEO and Board of Directors.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Build a “center of excellence” for assessing market developments that impact the Product & Technology roadmap. This includes conducting in-depth market research, unpacking industry trends, monitoring competitor strategies, and providing actionable insights to inform product strategy.
Operational Alignment: Drive alignment between strategic objectives and operational activities. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to harmonize multi-year strategies with near-term goals, roadmap priorities, and operating models.
