Become an Attraction Operator Host in our Parks on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of your attraction, from opening to closing, while being fully engaged on the floor
Create unique and personalized interactions with Guests, in line with the attraction’s storyline, to deliver a memorable experience
Support smooth operations, including crowd flow, boarding, and Guest information, with responsiveness and accuracy
Consistently follow safety rules and procedures for both Guests and fellow Cast Members
Provide appropriate solutions when unexpected situations arise and actively contribute to Guest satisfaction
Work across all attraction positions, including greeting, boarding, unloading, and operating from the control tower
Handle sensitive or challenging situations calmly and diplomatically
Speak comfortably in front of an audience and deliver clear messages
Inform and guide Guests on access requirements, including age, height, and safety instructions, to ensure a safe and smooth experience
Your strengths:
You have initial experience in entertainment and/or guest reception
You have a strong sense of service and enjoy supporting Guests
Your team spirit and positive attitude make a difference every day
You are fluent in French, with at least a C1 level, and have a good level of English, with at least a B1 level
You are flexible and ready to work varied shifts, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
