Job Summary:

Responsibilities

Work closely with the market leads to leverage service, market, and behaviour data, as well as audience research to drive effective programming strategies, and create high-impact, curated programming events that leverage TWDC brands and franchises
Curate, build, publish, and manage Disney+ content programming in the CMS and other tools with accuracy and efficiency to maximize audience engagement and retention
Pull data analytics to gain and share merchandising insights around audience, title, platform, and other elements of Disney+
Facilitate verbal and written communications between teams, and to the larger organization.
Partner with operational teams to ensure content and asset availability supports merchandising strategies
Collaborate on regional and territorial editorial merchandising and promotion
Pull data analytics to gain and share merchandising insights around audience, title, platform, and other elements of Disney+

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written).
Deep understanding of TWDC content library, brands, franchises, and characters. Keen interest in Asian content.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including hands-on management of web, app, streaming, and connected devices.
Proven ability to work across a matrixed organization while also being able to self-motivate.
Demonstrated ability to thrive working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore market landscape would be a plus
