Description de l’équipe et des missions

Intégré·e au sein de l’équipe Marketing Media, et plus particulièrement du service marketing Disney+, vous êtes rattaché·e au·à la Responsable Brand Marketing.

Vous accompagnerez la mise en œuvre de la stratégie marketing sur l’ensemble des campagnes Disney+ (brand, contenus US et productions locales), ainsi que sur les projets AdSales.

Vous veillerez à la bonne exécution des campagnes sur tous les canaux et agirez comme point de contact clé entre les équipes internes et les agences externes

Principales responsabilités :

Disney+

  • Piloter l’exécution opérationnelle des campagnes marketing (brand, contenus US, productions locales), en s’assurant que les assets sont produits, validés et livrés dans les délais, conformément aux guidelines de la marque et de la plateforme.
  • Contribuer activement à la stratégie et au positionnement des campagnes en apportant des insights audience et des recommandations tactiques.
  • Gérer les processus créatifs sur l’ensemble des points de contact (offline, digital, display…), notamment via la rédaction de briefs stratégiques, la consolidation des besoins et le suivi de livraison via des outils comme Zendesk.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes internes (media, social, RP, éditorial, trade) et les agences (créatives et média) pour garantir la cohérence d’exécution.
  • Anticiper les besoins de production, détecter les risques de retard ou de désalignement, et alerter si besoin pour garantir les délais.
  • Participer aux bilans de campagne afin d’identifier les apprentissages clés et contribuer à l’optimisation des futures campagnes.

Marketing AdSales

  • Être en charge des opérations marketing à destination de l’écosystème publicitaire (événements, projections, promotions), en garantissant un alignement stratégique et une bonne gestion budgétaire.
  • Superviser et valider les campagnes autopromo diffusées sur Disney+, en s’assurant de leur cohérence avec les priorités de la plateforme et les standards de marque.
  • Être l’interlocuteur·rice principal·e des équipes commerciales afin de leur fournir des supports marketing pertinents, adaptés à leurs besoins.
  • Superviser la mise à jour et la personnalisation des supports commerciaux (présentations, offres de sponsoring, fiches contenus) en lien avec les équipes créatives.
  • Suivre les opportunités de sponsoring et transmettre régulièrement les informations pertinentes à l’équipe marketing Disney+ pour garantir l’alignement des priorités.

Collaboration transverse

  • Renforcer la coopération avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes pour optimiser les synergies et la fluidité des échanges.
  • Partager les stratégies de campagne, les insights et les plans avec les autres équipes pour assurer la cohérence globale.
  • Prendre en charge vos projets en assurant leur bonne priorisation, le suivi d’avancement et un haut niveau de qualité.
  • Être force de proposition, anticiper les besoins et identifier des axes d’amélioration à chaque étape du cycle de campagne.

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Master en Marketing ou Communication.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en marketing, idéalement dans le secteur des médias ou du divertissement.
  • Maîtrise des outils Airtable, Zendesk et Microsoft Office pour la gestion des projets, tickets et campagnes.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers complexes en parallèle.
  • Très bon relationnel et aisance à l’oral, y compris en présentation devant des interlocuteurs internes ou externes.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens du détail et esprit de collaboration.
