Le poste dans l’entreprise :

Intégré.e au sein de l’équipe Productions locales et plus particulièrement rattaché.e au pôle Documentaire, vous interviendrez sous la responsablité d’un responsable éditorial, dans le développement et la production de contenus non scénarisés et le showrun des productions documentaires originales (préachats, coproductions).

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Veiller à la clarté du briefing, à des relations constructives avec les parties prenantes internes (services créatifs, Brand Marketing, Relations Presse) et externes (société de production), et à la livraison de productions originales de qualité dans le respect du budget et des délais impartis.
  • Recevoir les projets de producteurs, les lire et leur donner des réponses argumentées
  • Assurer un rôle de veille sur le marché du documentaire afin d’identifier en fonction de la ligne éditoriale du service et des insights des études marketing réalisées par l’entreprise
  • Suivre le budget et alerter votre responsable en cas de dépassements
  • Apporter votre soutien à l’équipe éditoriale fictions

Vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion et de l’optimisation du Budget de développement ainsi que de la gestion directe des sociétés de production sous contrat pour les productions approuvées.

Profil recherché :   

Pour ce poste en CDD, nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne avec :

  • Idéalement 2-5 ans d’expérience au sein d’une fonction en développement éditorial et gestion de projets acquise au sein d’un média TV, d’une société de production ou de plateformes.
  • Un très bon niveau d’anglais,
  • Un très fort intérêt pour les contenus
  • Curieuse, proactive, avec un excellent esprit d’équipe, autonome, polyvalente, rigoureuse et organisée, à l’aise dans la gestion de projets multiples et parfois complexes.
