Au sein division Informatique en charge du Marketing et des Ventes, vous rejoignez l’équipe responsable du cœur des systèmes dans le cadre d’un programme pluriannuel global de transformation des solutions. Vous travaillez étroitement avec les équipes métiers du domaine dans un contexte international.  

 

Rejoignez-nous en tant que Product Owner IT Systèmes Commerciaux  pour concevoir  des produits majeurs en vue de faire découvrir la magie Disney à nos visiteurs avant même leur arrivée dans notre destination.   

 

  

 Vos Missions :  

 

  • Vous pilotez les évolutions des produits commerciaux pour améliorer la valeur utilisateur/client (de la collecte des besoins au déploiement du MVP puis à son amélioration continue) 

  • Vous monitorez la performance de ces produits 

  • Vous en prioriserez les évolutions et piloterez leur mise en œuvre fonctionnelle et technique, dans une approche d’amélioration continue et d’innovation.  

 

Plus particulièrement, vous serez amené(e) à : 

  • Identifier les attentes des utilisateurs et spécifier le besoin en alignement avec la vision du produit 

  • Rédiger les users stories 

  • Prioriser les éléments du product backlog  

  • Coordonner les différentes équipes et/ou parties prenantes aux initiatives    

  • Participer aux cérémonies Agile (daily stand-up, review, retrospective, …) & contribuer à la diffusion de cette approche 

  • Organiser le déroulement des tests utilisateurs 

  • Superviser les déploiements et assurer la qualité des livrables  

  • Assurer la qualité du reporting et monitorer les performances des produits commerciaux 

  • Coordonner les campagnes de « Tests & Learn » et optimiser l’expérience utilisateur 

  • aliser de la veille & appréhender les évolutions du marché 

  

Votre profil :  

  •  Vous avez un diplôme bac+5  informatique de type Universitaire ou Ecole d’Ingénieur, avec des sensibilités fortes sur les évolutions technologiques. 

  • Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion de systèmes d’information composites.  

  • Vous avez un niveau C1 en Français ET Anglais aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit pour pouvoir évoluer dans un contexte international 

 

 

  • Vos atouts pour réussir :  

  • Vous faites preuve de diplomatie et savez adapter votre communication aux différents types d’interlocuteurs. 

  • Vous excellez dans la résolution de problématiques complexes et êtes capable de prendre du recul pour proposer des solutions adaptées. 

  • Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif et contribuez activement à la dynamique d’équipe.
