Notre direction Technology est en charge de l’ensemble des solutions informatiques de Disneyland Paris.
Au sein de cette Direction, le département E-commerce gère tous les sites web marketing & e-commerce ainsi que l'application mobile pour nos visiteurs.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Lead Developer passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement E-Commerce et travailler sur de nombreux projets à fort trafic !
Vos missions ?
En tant que Lead Developer, vous coordonnerez les activités des membres de votre équipe, mais aussi des autres squads et des prestataires externes selon les projets. Vous garantirez au quotidien la cohérence des projets et outils de votre domaine d’expertise.

Langage: Java
Frameworks: Spring, JUnit
Architecture: Microservices, OpenAPI, OpenID/OAuth, RESTful/GraphQL API
Méthodologie: Agility/SAFe, DevOps, Craft
Infrastructure: Docker, AWS (ECS, ECR, ELB, ...)
Outils: Maven, Git, Nexus
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
- Communiquer les stratégies techniques à long terme aux équipes pour assurer la roadmap e-commerce
- Coordonner avec le département d'architecture les nouveaux designs, les changements d'application essentiels et infrastructurels,
- Intégrer le code de la couche intermédiaire avec les services back-end et les partenaires externes
- Effectuer des code review pour les différentes équipes,
- Fournir une orientation architecturale au nom de l'équipe d'architecture,
- Analyser les Users Stories et participer à la planification des sprints, scrums, aux démos et aux rétrospectives,
- Négocier et ajuster les exigences en collaborant avec les partenaires commerciaux internes,
- Comprendre les concepts de l'intégration continue et de la livraison continue ainsi que résoudre les problèmes qui en découlent,
- Assurer la préparation et la haute disponibilité des développements,
- Garantir la performance des développements et la facilité d'utilisation de la solution,
- Fournir une estimation des délais pour les nouveaux besoins applicatifs et techniques.
Tout cela en garantissant la qualité du code, la durabilité et en maintenant un faible niveau de dette technique dans les projets

Vos atouts pour réussir ?
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+3 (minimum) dans le domaine de l’informatique et avez acquis une expérience de 8 années minimum dans le développement web backend,
- La programmation orientée objet, les tests unitaires et l’intégration continue sont votre quotidien,
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en développement Java, SpringScript et ReactJS,
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de leadership, de problem solver, et votre capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution,
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l’oral, pour une utilisation quotidienne à plus de 50% de votre activité (niveau C1 minimum).

Our Technology Department provides a first-class digital portal to our destination through our websites and mobile apps.
Within this department, the Technology Engineering Integration department manages all marketing and e-commerce websites as well as the mobile application for our Guests.
We are looking for a passionate Lead Developer to join our Trade Services development team and work on various high traffic projects!
What are your responsibilities?
As a Team Leader, you will coordinate the activities of your team members, but also other squads and external providers depending on the project. You will guarantee the coherence of the projects and tools in your field of expertise.

Your main missions will be to:
- Provide oversight to several Lead’s of small to medium size teams to deliver and execute the eCommerce Product Roadmap
- Communicate long term technical strategies to the group
- Coordinate with the Architecture department on new designs essential / infrastructural application changes
- Mentoring your team with code architecture and good practices
- Integrate the middle layer code with back-end services and external partners
- Perform peer code reviews for immediate and related teams
- Provide architectural direction on behalf of the architecture team
- Analyze user stories and participate in sprint planning, scrums, demos and retrospectives
- Negotiate and adjust requirements by collaborating with internal business partners
- Understand continuous integration / continuous delivery concepts and troubleshoot related issues
- Ensure developments’ readiness and high availability
- Guarantee developments’ performance and usability in solution
- Ensure code quality, sustainability and low level of technical debt in solution
- Provide estimation on timelines for new initiatives
- Learn new technologies when required
All this while ensuring code quality, sustainability and maintaining a low level of technical debt in the solution.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and have acquired a minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development,
- Object-oriented programming, behavioral testing, unit testing and continuous integration are your daily routine,
- You have excellent skills in Java development,
- You are recognized for your leadership qualities, your problem-solving skills, and your ability to work in a constantly changing environment,
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, for a daily use of more than 50% of your activity (C1 level minimum).
