Job Summary:
Des parcs aux hôtels, en passant par les bâtiments support ou encore les entrepôts, notre pôle Estimation/Economiste de la construction a pour rôle principal le développement, la gestion, le suivi et le challenge des coûts des projets de notre plan de construction et de réhabilitation.
Il œuvre ainsi quotidiennement pour faire vivre une expérience magique à nos visiteurs, en toute sécurité.
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Economiste de la Construction, en charge de plusieurs projets sur l’ensemble du resort. Vous aurez en charge, les estimations, l’analyse des offres entreprises, le suivi budgétaire ainsi que l’analyse des travaux supplémentaires lors du suivi de chantier, jusqu’à la phase DGD, tout en contrôlant et en challengeant l’équipe de Maitrise d’œuvre dont notamment l’économiste.
Avec une vision globale et transversale du projet, vous êtes support du chef de projet pour le conseiller avant, pendant et après les travaux (étude de faisabilité, estimation du coût, appels d’offres, prévisionnel, ajustement et vérification de chaque étape du projet).
Vous délivrez ainsi la qualité de service que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients en veillant au respect des cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Comprendre et analyser le projet dans sa globalité afin d’établir l’étude financière la plus pertinente. Ce travail exige un véritable dialogue avec la maîtrise d’œuvre et program manager pour que le projet soit traité de manière exhaustive
- Produire des estimations budgétaires tous corps d’état, allant du type ratio à une estimation détaillée, suivant l’avancement du projet toutes phases (Esquisse, Concept, APS, APD, DCE) à partir des documentations, créatives, architecturales…
- Analyse des pièces écrites réalisées par la MOE (CCTP, DPGF, Plans…) afin de s’assurer que tous les travaux soient bien compris et supprimer les problèmes d’interface entre les lots et recalage des estimations
- Participer activement au processus d’appel d’offre et aider le program manager à comparer les propositions des entreprises qui ont répondu à l'appel d'offres (analyse des offres, négociations et recommandations d’attributions des marchés de travaux)
- Analyse des risques budgétaires, y compris propositions de solutions pour la réduction des risques
- Proposition des pistes d’économies ou des optimisations budgétaires pendant toutes les phases du projet (Esquisse, Concept, APS, APD, DCE)
- Mise en place d’un suivi mensuel financier du projet en collaboration avec le département finance
- Vérifier, estimer et challenger les fiches de demande de modification ou de travaux supplémentaires
- Pendant l'assistance aux opérations de réception (AOR), suivi du solde des comptes du chantier en validant les décomptes généraux définitifs
- Production de rapports de fin de projet comprenant, rapport financier, retour d’expériences, ratios, et toutes extractions nécessaires et utiles pour l’intégration dans une base de données budgétaires.
Profil :
De formation Economiste de la construction, de Bac+2 à Bac+5, vous avez une expérience aguerrie dans le chiffrage et le suivi économique de projets de construction complexes en phase études et travaux (avec des corps de métiers techniques, architecturaux…). Vous avez l’habitude de travailler sur des projets avec un fort enjeu esthétique et architectural.
Vous savez travailler en environnement projet, avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et des contacts avec différents intervenants.
Doté d’une vision globale et détaillée des coûts, vous êtes au fait des réglementations en vigueur qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur les choix de matériaux ou des techniques utilisés.
Réactif, vous êtes en mesure de proposer des solutions lorsque des difficultés techniques ou économiques surviennent.
Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet d’interagir à l’écrit, comme à l’oral, et vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques en bureautique (Excel) et Autocad.
