Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2025, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

La direction « Stratégie Commerciale et Optimisation de la Performance » est responsable de la croissance des revenus, avec un objectif clé de rentabilité. Elle se divise en trois pôles : Consumer & Market Insight, Experience & Marketing Strategy et Commercial Strategy.

Au cœur de la transformation globale de la destination, notamment dans le cadre de projets d’envergure tels que l’avenir des parcs et des hôtels, ce pôle a pour mission de définir et de mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale qui vise à enrichir l’expérience de nos visiteurs tout en favorisant la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité.

Les équipes interviennent sur des missions variées et transversales, telles que l’élaboration de stratégies de croissance pour nos différents marchés, la gestion de notre stratégie de distribution, l’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle et l’incubation de nouvelles idées génératrices de valeur.

Étant un département récemment créé, ses attributions sont en constante évolution. Ainsi, la mission de l'alternant(e) pourra être ajustée au fur et à mesure.

Vos missions :

- Mise à jour de segmentation marketing client en lien avec les équipes Consumer Insights et un cabinet de conseil externe.

- Aide au pilotage d'un portefeuille d'initiatives commerciales pour 2026 et au-delà.

- Support analytique à la quantification du potentiel commercial attendu des initiatives.

- Réalisation de benchmarks.

- Support à la mise en forme des rapports de synthèse et de communication au senior leadership

           

Profil / Compétences 💼 

- Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en Master 2, issu(e) d'une Grande École de Commerce ou d’une École d’Ingénieur, avec un excellent état d’esprit.

- Vous êtes une personne positive, enthousiaste et volontaire, avec une grande curiosité et un réel intérêt pour les missions qui vous sont confiées.

- Vous vous investissez pleinement dans vos projets et aimez relever de nouveaux défis.

- Doté(e) d’une intelligence situationnelle, vous savez analyser et comprendre les différentes hiérarchies et contextes afin d’adapter votre comportement de manière appropriée.

- Votre excellent relationnel vous permet de vous adapter facilement à des interlocuteurs variés et de collaborer efficacement avec différentes équipes.

- Vous parlez couramment l’anglais (niveau C1).
