映画館やディズニープラスで公開・配信される作品のクリエイティブ業務

職務内容

映画館及び、ディズニープラスで公開・配信される各タイトルのクリエイティブを通じて効果的な作品アピールを図る

  • 各作品ごとのマーケティング用素材の製作や、宣伝メッセージの具現化
    • 予告編やTVスポットなどのAV素材の製作
    • ポスターやチラシなどの劇場宣材の製作
    • 雑誌広告、大型看板などの印刷メディア用告知物の製作
    • デジタル用素材の製作
    • その他、宣伝に必要なすべてのツールの製作
    • 宣伝コピーの開発
    • アメリカ本社やＡＰＡＣとの連携

必須条件

  • クリエイティブ業務経験3年以上（映画関係会社での経験があることが望ましい）
  • 日本語での文章力（具体的には、劇場のチラシ裏の原稿が書けることが最低条件）
  • ある程度の英語力（Fluentである必要はないが、簡単なやり取りを英語で海外とできるレベル）、及び英語を勉強する意思がある事
  • 予告編の英語台詞を、（ヒアリングは難しくても）スクリプトを元に日本語の字幕にできるレベルの英語力と翻訳力
  • エンターテインメント・コンテンツへの興味、知識、愛情
  • タスクマネジメントスキル／複数のタスクを優先順位付けし、期限内に実行できること
  • チームワーク／多くの部門や関係者と連携して、チームワーク良く仕事ができること
  • 自らの考えを明確に他者に伝えることのできるコミュニケーション能力
  • 主体性／自ら課題設定を行い、問題解決を行うことができること
  • 業務に関して効率的かつ自己管理が出来ること
  • 不規則、想定外の案件に臨機応変な対応ができること
