Job Summary:

Face à nos visiteurs et/ou en production, nos employé.e.s de restauration sont polyvalent.e.s sur différents types de sites (restauration rapide comptoir, kiosques, chariots ou buffets), en intérieur ou en extérieur et incarnent au quotidien les 5 clés: efficacité, spectacle, courtoisie, sécurité et inclusion.

Vos missions ?

  • Assurer un accueil et un service de qualité à l’ensemble de nos visiteurs.
  • Exercer l’ensemble des positions du poste d’employé de restauration : accueil, prise de commande, encaissement, préparation des produits commandés, constitution des plateaux, nettoyage, etc. 
  • Garantir l’organisation de sa zone de travail, avec la mise en place, le débarrassage et la mise à disposition des produits. 
  • Accompagner nos visiteurs dans la mise en œuvre de la loi AGEC (tri des plateaux, vaisselle réutilisable) 
  • Travailler dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) 

 

Votre profil ?

  • Vous préparez un diplôme dans le domaine de na restauration
  • Vous êtes totalement à l'aise dans des environnements à très fort volume d'activité et êtes en capacité d'exécuter les missions confiées à un rythme soutenu
  • Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe en toutes circonstances et avez des facilités à communiquer dans un contexte international
  • Vous bénéficierez d’horaires planifiés à l’avance, sans coupure, ce qui vous permettra une bonne organisation entre votre temps de travail et vos occupations personnelles,  
  • Vous apprendrez régulièrement au contact de professionnels de la restauration passionnés par leur métier et soucieux d'apporter à nos clients la meilleure expérience possible
  • Vous possédez un niveau intermédiaire minimum en français (B2) et idéalement un niveau d'anglais débutant avancé (A1/A2)
