Job Summary:

Le Food & Beverage Product à Disneyland® Paris :

L'équipe Produit Restauration est en charge de la proposition Food & Beverage dans sa globalité sur l'intégralité du Resort Parcs, Disney Village, Hôtels et évenements : définition de l'offre et de la stratégie de service, optimisation des points de restauration, gestion de la signalétique sur les points de vente, contrôle de la qualité, implication et suivi de tous les projets liés à l'activité.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer la prise de notes & des comptes-rendus de réunions

  • Organiser et gérer les besoins administratifs et logistiques du département

  • Suivre le planning de présence de l’équipe ainsi que la saisie CTT

  • Gérer les commandes de fournitures pour le Département.

  • Archivage et classement des dossiers

  • Saisie des commandes (fournitures, fournisseurs etc…)

  • Assurer la transmission des informations auprès de l’équipe

  • Suivre les besoins en matériel informatique pour le Département.

  • Suivi des autorisations et accès au site de nos fournisseurs.

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois avec un démarrage entre novembre 2024 et janvier 2025.

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 en spécialité Secrétariat dans le domaine du Secrétariat de Direction et/ou d’assistanat de département

  • Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles

  • Excellente maîtrise des outils pack office (Outlook, Word - Excel - Powerpoint)

  • Vous êtes une personne active, rigoureuse et organisée ayant le sens de la confidentialité.

  • Vous êtes dotée d’un excellent relationnel et d’un fort esprit d’équipe.

  • Maîtrise du Français à l'oral et à l'écrit - niveau C1

  • Maîtrise de l'Anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit - niveau B1 au minimum
