Job Summary:
La Sécurité et Prévention à Disneyland® Paris :
Rejoignez la Division Maintenance au sein de la Direction Sécurité et Prévention des Risques en intégrant notre équipe Assurance Qualité (AQ) composée de 10 personnes. En tant que membre de ce service, vous contribuez activement à préserver la sécurité de nos collaborateurs et de nos visiteurs en garantissant la conformité de nos installations aux réglementations, nos normes et nos standards.
Votre rôle consiste à maîtriser les activités à haut risque et à réduire les risques identifiés comme prioritaires en réalisant des contrôles (audits) et des inspections des processus critiques définis. En intégrant notre département, vous contribuez à assurer un environnement sûr et sécurisé pour nos Castmembers (employés) et nos Guest (visiteurs).
Vos missions :
Redéfinir les critères d'audit des activités de maintenance des attractions en conformité avec le processus critique associé (amélioration continue),
Créer un questionnaire et l'intégrer dans le système d'information utilisé,
Effectuer des tests et des ajustements,
Former les utilisateurs (auditeurs de niveau 2),
Mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance,
Contribuer et participer aux retours d'expérience et modifier le questionnaire si nécessaire.
Vos atouts pour ce poste :
Vous intégrez un cycle ingénieur spécialisé en Qualité ou un Master 1 en QHSE ou en Management de la Qualité, à partir de septembre 2024.
En Français, vous avez un niveau (C1) et en Anglais, un niveau (B1) minimum. Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office à un bon niveau.
De façon ponctuelle, vous êtes amené(e) à travailler de nuit afin de participer aux audits et aux visites terrain (attractions).
Au quotidien, vous faites preuve d’organisation, de réactivité, de curiosité et d’un esprit de synthèse. Vous démontrez des qualités relationnelles et faites preuve de pédagogie afin de former nos partenaires aux bonnes pratiques et au respect des procédures.
