Ingénieur(e) Industriel(le) F/H/NB - CDI
Job Summary:
Le département Génie Industriel de Disneyland Paris a pour mission d’aider les équipes à prendre des décisions et à résoudre des problématiques complexes. Agissant comme un groupe de consultants internes, le département apporte des outils, des perspectives et une expertise qui permettent de maximiser l’expérience des visiteurs.
En intégrant le département Génie Industriel, vous serez en relation directe avec les clients internes. Véritable consultant, votre fonction transversale vous permettra de comprendre les enjeux de l’entreprise afin de pouvoir orienter les décisions stratégiques à partir d’analyses fiables et complexes.
Rattaché(e) au Manager Industrial Engineering, vous rôle sera d’identifier des solutions pour améliorer l’expérience visiteurs, l’efficacité de notre organisation et la performance de l’entreprise, et ce en respectant les Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. Vous travaillerez avec un ou plusieurs clients (Hôtels, Boutiques, Restaurants, Attractions, Spectacles, Services Généraux...) sur des problématiques variées. Les liens que vous construirez avec les équipes opérationnelles ainsi qu’avec les divisions support (Finance, Revenue Management, Optimisation de la Main-d’œuvre, Etudes Consommateurs, Informatique Technologie & Digital…) seront la clé de votre réussite.
Plus concrètement, vos missions consistent à :
• Définir les besoins, ressources, délais nécessaires et livrables de votre client interne dans le but d’améliorer les performances de son activité.
• Collecter les informations indispensables pour alimenter vos modèles et analyses (études terrain, informations systèmes, échanges avec les partenaires internes ou externes) en appliquant les techniques du Génie Industriel (outils d’optimisation des performances, modélisation, analyses statistiques, gestion de flux, recherche opérationnelle).
• Exploiter les données afin d’identifier la source d’un problème, d’établir un diagnostic fiable et de prioriser les axes d’amélioration.
• Mener des analyses complètes sur la base des données récoltées en utilisant des techniques de modélisation variées comme la gestion des flux, la recherche opérationnelle, la data visualisation ou encore les outils machine learning.
• Challenger vos interlocuteurs et proposer des recommandations à nos dirigeants pour guider et orienter la prise de décision (présentation orale, rapports écrits, etc.).
• Accompagner le changement et contrôler la mise en place de vos recommandations auprès de vos clients.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
• Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+5 d’Ingénieur généraliste avec une spécialisation en génie industriel, mathématiques appliquées ou modélisation & analyse de données et vous avez idéalement acquis une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 2 ans (y compris en alternance) avec une approche en amélioration continue ou en excellence opérationnelle dans l’industrie, les services ou le conseil.
• Vous avez une grande aisance dans la communication orale et écrite que vous saurez adapter à votre audience.
• Votre capacité d’écoute, votre force de proposition et votre relationnel vous permettront d'assurer avec succès les missions qui vous seront confiées.
• Vous maîtrisez Excel et l’approche Lean Six Sigma, avant d’utiliser d’autres outils tels que Tableau software, Access, VBA et Business Object ou tout autre outil de modélisation, de simulation, de base de données ou de visualisation.
• Votre niveau de français est courant (minimum C1) et votre niveau d’anglais vous permet de rédiger des présentations et d’échanger à l’oral (minimum B2)
