Job Summary:

Disneyland® Paris est bien plus que la première destination touristique en Europe, c’est également une entreprise en constante évolution et en pleine expansion. 

Au sein de la direction Design & Delivery, l’équipe de construction, qui a la charge de la réhabilitation des Boutiques et des Services proposés à nos visiteurs, recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Projets Construction afin de coordonner des projets de grande envergure au sein de notre patrimoine immobilier propre à Disneyland Paris.

C’est participer à la magie des lieux en étant au cœur de la coordination des interventions.

Vos Missions ?


Vous reportez à la Cheffe de Groupe Construction et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des Chef(fe)s de Projets et Coordinateurs de Travaux au sein de notre direction.

Vous travaillez également en transverse avec les équipes impliquées dans les projets et ce, en en veillant de nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion.

Votre rôle principal ? 

  • Piloter les différentes étapes des projets dans le respect de la réglementation, des normes en vigueur et de la sécurité des biens et des personnes,

  • Assurer, dans le cadre de projets multiples, la liaison avec d'autres chefs de projet et la gestion des interfaces,

  • Organiser et animer les réunions de pilotage multi-techniques des prestataires et assurer le lien avec les services internes,

  • Définir les objectifs et participer au challenge du montage du cahier des charges de chaque projets ainsi que les actions à mener,

  • Déterminer la structure organisationnelle du projet et sélectionner les acteurs internes et/ou externes en collaboration avec les services supports,

  • Mener les consultations de prestataires et appels d’offres en étroite collaboration avec les Achats,

  • Mesurer l'avancement de vos projets et l'engagement des coûts,

  • Assurer la bonne gestion de chaque étape des projets que vous suivez (réalisation et contrôle de cash-flow, passation de commande, suivi des délai, présence sur les chantiers, revue avec Project Control),

  • Préparer et concevoir les supports d'organisation (planning prévisionnel, devis, support pour CSSCT etc…), 

  • Gérer les risques projets (identification, maîtrise, solution, etc.),

  • Identifier les écarts et définir les actions correctives ainsi qu'un plan de progrès pour les projets concernés,

  • Faciliter et développer les relations de partenariat avec vos homologues internes et externes,

  • Participer à des projets du secteur d'activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur le département.

Votre profil : / Vos atouts pour réussir ?

Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation de type BAC+5/6 en Ecole d’Ingénieur ou d’Architecture, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire dans un environnement exigeant et matriciel où la sécurité est un enjeu majeur.

Communicant(e) aguerri(e), vous capitalisez sur vos qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles ainsi que sur votre sens de l’écoute pour faire avancer les projets qui vous sont confiés en toute confidentialité et avec intégrité.

Vous avez le sens de l’anticipation et la planification n’a pas de secret pour vous.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Microsoft 365) ainsi que Microsoft Project ou Gantt.

La connaissance d’outils DAO type AutoCAD serait un plus.

Vous êtes capable d’échanger en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral (Niveau B2 minimum) alors ce poste est fait pour vous !

Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDD de 18 mois et est au statut Cadre.
