Job Summary:

  • Mission

    Sous la responsabilité du Manager Entrepôt référent, le Chef(fe) de Groupe Approvisionnement Entrepôt a pour mission d’encadrer et d’animer l’équipe Approvisionnement de 10 personnes en lui apportant au quotidien son support et son expertise dans le respect des cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion.

  • Vos activités principales :

  • Fixer les priorités, coordonner les activités et assurer une bonne réactivité de l’équipe afin de garantir l’atteinte des attendus sur son périmètre d’activité
  • Analyser les indicateurs de l’outil de forecast et de l’ERP pour entreprendre les actions correctives nécessaires au respect des délais de livraison et de création des codifications, au contrôle du nombre et de la nature des litiges et au traitement rapide des factures bloquées
  • Intervenir directement sur les dossiers susceptibles d’altérer la fluidité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  • Apporter des réponses pratiques et concrètes aux clients et ou prestataires, à l’équipe et à sa hiérarchie sur les questions relevant de son expertise
  • Participer aux projets de son secteur d’activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées sur la division en apportant son expertise

  • Votre profil :

  • Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en tant que chef(fe) de groupe / responsable d’une équipe dans l’approvisionnement de pièces techniques
  • Vous maîtrisez le Français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1 minimum) et vous avez un bon niveau d’Anglais (niveau B2 minimum) ;
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe et la polyvalence 
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec pack office, vous maitrisez SAP et l’utilisation de Slim4 serait un plus
  • Vous êtes autonome et vous aimez les projets
