Analyste Financial Planning & Analysis CDD - F/H/NB
Job Summary:
Au sein de la Direction Finance de Disneyland Paris, le pôle Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) est en charge de la planification des objectifs stratégiques et financiers de l’entreprise et du suivi des résultats. Ce département a pour mission principale d’accompagner la direction générale dans la définition et l’orientation de la stratégie financière de la société et d’informer la prise de décisions en produisant des analyses et des prévisions.
Dans ce contexte, sous la supervision de votre responsable, vous participez à la mise à jour du plan stratégique à long terme, du processus budgétaire et du suivi. Vous participez également à la communication de ces différentes données auprès de la direction générale, de la maison-mère The Walt Disney Company et de vos interlocuteurs internes.
Vos missions :
Les missions qui vous seront confiées vous permettront d’apporter les informations clés pour conseiller la direction dans la prise de décision.
Construction du Plan à Long-Terme
− Participer au recueil des priorités stratégiques de l’entreprise
− Consolider les projets de développement à long-terme (nouvelles attractions, projets de rénovation etc.)
− Modéliser l’évolution des coûts et du résultat d’exploitation de l’entreprise à 10 ans, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Opérations, Revenue Management et Fonctions Supports (Commercial, Ressources Humaines, etc.)
− Construire la présentation du Plan à Long-Terme à destination de la direction générale de Disneyland Paris et du segment Disney Parks, Experiences & Products (US)
Analyses financières ad-hoc
− Anticiper et piloter la préparation du processus budgétaire
− Participer à l’élaboration d’analyses financières sur des sujets variés (analyses de modèles d’opération du parc, business update de la performance du parc, etc.)
− Présenter les résultats de façon claire et synthétique
Contribuer aux projets de transformation de la Direction Finance
− Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des procédures et des outils de modélisation
− Utiliser des outils de visualisation de données (PowerBI, Tableau) pour automatiser et améliorer les rapports à destination de la direction
− Prendre part aux projets de transformation portés par la Direction Finance et être force de proposition
Vous atouts pour réussir ?
Titulaire d’un Bac+5 en Ecole de Commerce ou Université, vous justifiez d’au moins 2 à 5 ans d’expérience réussie permettant une compréhension complète des problématiques stratégiques et financières d’une grande entreprise (e.g.: expérience au sein d’une direction financière en tant qu’analyste financier ou contrôleur de gestion, audit, cabinet de conseil, banque d’affaires, etc.)
Votre anglais est courant (langue de travail principale)
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et vos capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de communication
Vous avez une forte capacité d’adaptation et de priorisation. Vous savez vous organiser de façon efficace et collaborative avec vos partenaires
Vous êtes à la fois analytique mais faites également preuve de capacités de ‘storytelling’ et vous aimez donner du sens aux chiffres
Vous êtes dynamique et faites preuve d’aisance relationnelle et d’esprit d’équipe
Vous maitrisez les systèmes informatiques Longview, PowerBI et Pack Office avec une très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint
