Job Summary:

Avec plus de 180 points de restauration répartis au sein des parcs, au Disney Village, ainsi que dans les hôtels et les centres de conventions, la restauration à Disneyland® Paris est un rendez-vous incontournable pour nos visiteurs, qui auront plaisir à découvrir une grande variété de saveurs et de mets concoctés par nos chefs et leurs équipes soucieuses de servir des sourires à tous les repas.

Vos missions :

Intégré(e) à la brigade de l’un de nos restaurants sur les Parcs, le Disney Village ou les Hôtels, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Préparer tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner : fruits et légumes pelés et découpés, viandes et poissons préparés pour la cuisson, poêles et casseroles bien huilées, etc.

  • Suivre les fiches techniques et les directives du chef dans le feu de l’action afin de dresser de belles assiettes ou d’approvisionner des buffets alléchants,  

  • Parfaire vos connaissances et apprendre de nouvelles recettes, chaudes ou froides, en travaillant alternativement à toutes les positions de la cuisine,

  • Participer à la bonne gestion de l’économat et garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Vos atouts pour ce poste : 

  • Vous vous inscrivez à la rentrée prochaine en alternance pour préparer un CAP Cuisine (1 an) ou un Titre professionnel Cuisinier (1 an) ou un Bac professionnel Cuisine (2 ans),

  • Une première expérience de la restauration en stage, alternance ou job étudiant est un plus,

  • Vous êtes intransigeant(e) sur l’hygiène et la sécurité alimentaire,

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est nécessaire pour ce métier, car vous serez amené(e) à travailler en semaine et les weekends, suivant une amplitude horaire maximum allant de 6h00 à 2h00.
