This role requires you to be based in the office a minimum of 4 days per week and to be flexible to work evenings and weekends, depending on production needs.

  • Support the SGM/GM in accountability of accurate financial reports and management of all areas of production budgets including preparation of production EFCs, Annual Operating Plan and P&L, Record-keeping on all US/UK recharges, contra review and reconciliation in line with contracts, as well as approve payroll on each production.
  • Support the SGM/GM in all Employee Relations/conflict issues, being the first level escalation point for Company Managers for ER/conflict issues, working in partnership with HR to bring resolution in less complex cases.
  • Be the primary contact for Marketing/Press to arrange any internal or external events involving the productions and reporting plans to SGM/GM.
  • Work closely with HR to develop new workshops as required on each production, as well as to focus on Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
