We are looking for a Corporate Communications Supervisor to join our team who is obsessed with Entertainment!

As a member of the Corporate Communications team, the successful individual will help devise and implement creative corporate campaigns that tell the story of TWDC in EMEA. Working closely with the PR Manager and Senior PR Manager, the postholder will also be responsible for creating campaigns including media materials that maintain our corporate reputation within the industry.

Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

What You Will Do

  • Deliver owned-channel corporate campaigns across UK&I LinkedIn inclusive of content creation with agency support as required

  • Manage a social media content calendar for the brand and individuals

  • Integrate campaigns to consumer facing social channels such as Disney’s social handles, CRM, Disney websites as required

  • Copywriting and asset gathering for UK&I LinkedIn posts, tailored to different audiences

  • Develop and maintain quarterly stakeholder newsletter

  • Support executives with LinkedIn content, including creating assets and writing copy

  • Working closely with regional, local and US stakeholders to plan, capture and coordinate content Asset management

  • Maintain owned content platforms inclusive of corporate website, press site; posting content, and ensuring sites are up to date

  • Sourcing / briefing / creating with agency partners / localising assets for use on corporate channels or through stakeholders for example corporate or CSR sizzles and creating press toolkits

  • Creation of assets for wider corp comms use, e.g. DEI LinkedIn templates, TWDC UK investment posters/pull-ups

  • Manage assets for CSR storytelling Reporting and best practice

  • You will use owned content platforms and social media analytics to drive better performance and report on success

  • Uphold best in practice social media standards, whilst ensuring all local markets across EMEA also adhere to best practice guidelines and are familiar with the local trends General responsibilities

  • Familiarity managing budgets and tracking accordingly

  • Maintain stakeholder engagement tracker

  • Support team on key contract renewals

  • Offer day to day support to corporate comms intern

  • Contingent on capacity of team, ad hoc support required towards projects e.g. Film The House, B2B events

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • You can demonstrate strong creative copywriting for large brands and individual executives for LinkedIn especially

  • Demonstrable experience in creating or briefing social media content that tells a business story in an engaging fashion

  • Understanding of brands and how to interweave their values into external storytelling

  • You can show how you shape content creation in a way that’s best suited for our corporate audiences

  • You understand analytics, and how to turn data into social content that captures our audiences’ attention and report back to the business

  • You are familiar with asset management, content management systems and Adobe with a willingness to learn

  • You have a fantastic understanding of LinkedIn as well as an interest in emerging platforms and trends

  • You may have experience navigating a crisis that's played out on corporate individual or brand social channels – big or small and have been involved in reactive planning or crisis handling

  • You are able to channel your love of digital into your work being consistently curious and looking for ways to innovate

  • You can demonstrate experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at pace, and remain highly focused and flexible whilst working under pressure

  • You are comfortable working within a large, matrix’ d organization with established processes.
