Job Summary:

Hong Kong Disneyland ("HKDL") Corporate Alliances & Operating Participants team develops and manages complex, long-term, multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. The team creates incremental value to HKDL and its partners through creative development of marketing and sponsorship programs, management of partner and tenant relationships within its theme park and hotels, with other business units at HKDL and broader Disney enterprise. The Corporate Alliances organization leverages company and partner assets to create value for its individual operating units and for the Walt Disney Company globally.  

The Associate will own and manage current corporate alliances accounts. The Associate will oversee related aspects of the partnerships including delivery of contractual commitments and brand integration, identification and execution of various initiatives to maximize partners’ revenue, conceptualization and execution of co-marketing programs, day-to-day servicing and renewal negotiations when required.

In addition, the Associate will be the team in-charge for contractual hospitality entitlements, on-site activities such as partner meetings and KOL shooting arrangements, site tours and leadership visits for all partners and enhance the clear and organized working process with internal Line of Business including Ticketing, Revenue Management & Analytics, Internal Control, and Financial Reporting, as well as external partners. The Associate will also support the execution of partnership activities basing on the guidance and instruction from specific account manager or team leader. The activities include but is not limited to desktop research and analysis, in-park promotions and activation, co-marketing programs, project coordination (such as the HKDL 10K Weekend), etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Analytical and Marketing Support

  • Provide analytical and marketing support to the Corporate Alliances team.

  • Develop and deliver revenue-generating and co-marketing programs aligned with the strategic plan for HKDL.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal partners and clients to manage revenue-generating projects such as HKDL 10K Weekend promotions.

  • Handle logistics, status reporting, performance tracking, and support account managers in enhancing project success.

Administrative Support

  • Manage invoice requests, SAP casual buyer duties, ticket and hotel tracking, and redemption processing.

  • Handle stock/gift ordering, maintenance, special client requests, and standard office duties.

Corporate Hospitality Management

  • Assist in managing corporate hospitality benefits.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.

Partnership Management

  • Lead strategic discussions with Corporate Alliances partners to fulfill contractual commitments.

  • Initiate and deliver revenue-generating and co-marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a revenue-generating and corporate alliance function.

  • General knowledge of internal operations and processes in a destination resort.

  • Understanding of major meeting and event organization.

  • Ability to engage with partners to understand their operating environment and commercial goals.

  • Skills in managing distribution channels and marketing resources for high-impact activation.

  • Problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and deliver creative solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with a range of external and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
