We are seeking a curious, forward-thinking HR business partner to engage deeply with our operations and leadership, including the products and experiences. This strategic partner will deliver integrated, inclusive HR services across strategy development, organization design, talent management, organization & employee effectiveness, change & transition management, and functional HR integration.  This role reports to the Director, HRBP – WDW Operations, and will be supporting Walt Disney World Operations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver inclusive, forward-thinking HR solutions by anticipating and evaluating emerging trends in business, organization, and workforce dynamics.

  • Design and implement strategies that enhance organizational, team, and individual performance, enabling the business to achieve its goals.

  • Provide expertise in leadership and executive team development, organizational and Employee effectiveness, strategic planning, and meeting design/facilitation with a bias toward developing client capability.

  • Use data-driven insights and organizational knowledge to anticipate challenges and proactively recommend HR solutions.

  • Partner with HR and business functional teams to deliver comprehensive and aligned HR strategies that enable business objectives and support future growth.

  • Enable the business leaders to deliver talent planning, including forecasting talent needs, building succession pipelines, mitigating talent risks, and driving strategic talent actions

  • Maintain strong business acumen to offer consultative, value-added HR services tailored to organizational needs and influence leadership in decision-making processes. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources functions, organization development, Operations leadership, training, or related talent planning field

  • Proven HR professional with strong strategic planning, change management, and industry knowledge

  • Experienced in bringing creative, consultative solutions to complex business challenges with the confidence to challenge thinking and navigate ambiguity

  • Proficient in prioritization, decision-making, facilitation, project management, and activation skills

  • Skilled in influencing across diverse, highly matrixed, and fast-paced environments

  • Accomplished in balancing strategy and execution, managing conflict, and delivering results through collaboration and facilitation

  • Adept at thriving in navigating ambiguity and delivering results with influence only ability

  • Demonstrated presentation skills with a pension for data-driven story telling

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in human resources or related field

  • SHRM certification or other HR industry equivalent

  • Experience in supporting an operation and a Union environment

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field
