We develop and maintain both backend and frontend solutions for web applications and integrations, utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring, SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant tools/technologies. This role requires a significant amount of programming to create new solutions and maintain/enhance the existing codebase, while continuously adapting to new technologies and tools as needed. We also develop and maintain existing SQL queries and databases to optimize performance and meet evolving business needs.

This role involves gathering requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into innovative technical solutions, performing complex analyses on large datasets, and leveraging advanced data science tools and techniques to drive data-driven decision-making and insights.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Together, we craft integrations, web applications, and custom software solutions that empower users and elevate operational efficiency.   • Process Development: Lead the development of end-to-end processes, from front-end and back-end systems programming to implementing automation that supports process improvements. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code along with automated tests for both front-end and back-end components. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure modern and effective solutions.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes to ensure smooth operation. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Implement security and data protection strategies.
  • Technical Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and implement system integrations that support and enhance business operations. Engage with ERP system owners to debug and fix existing integrations. Analyze new data sources for integration into existing data models and ensure the quality and reliability of integrated data.
  • Operational Analysis: Monitor systems, produce metrics on performance, and create reporting utilities to drive data-driven decisions and track progress. Create reports, summarize data, and provide commentary or observations based on analysis. Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to gather input on operations, analyze business requirements, develop technical specifications, and design improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. Conduct discovery and brainstorming sessions with users to understand business processes and map out points of failure.
     

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 or more years of experience with Software development or similar field
  • Bachelor’s degree required Computer Science or other associated discipline
  • Java, Javascript, Spring, React, HTML, CSS
  • Backend / Frontend System Programming
  • Debugging & Bug Fixing
  • Data Science and Data Analysis
  • Advanced SQL
