How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
We are seeking a Manager, Regional Product Content Digital to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our digital platforms, including web, podcast, and mobile. You will play a key role in managing relationships with partners, ensuring smooth distribution, and tracking metrics across all platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
The Manager, Regional Product Content Digital will be responsible for:
- Oversee and optimize streaming services and content distribution across multiple countries.
- Lead the development and management of digital platforms, including web, podcast, and mobile application, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners to improve platform offerings and expand the digital ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
- Enhance monetization strategies for digital products, explore new revenue streams, and identify potential partnerships for growth.
- Research and implement new technologies, such as cloud solutions and AI, to optimize digital processes and increase efficiency.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Project Management, Product Development, Web Development, Mobile Development, Data Driven, Organized, Conflict Management, Comfortable with Uncertainty, Strategic Mindset.
- Basic coding/programming understanding (any language, web and mobile development languages are a plus), Product Management, Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Strategy Development.
- Product or Project Management Certification.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language.
- Ideal Qualifications: Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing bachelor’s degrees. In the case of BA and Marketing, experience or additional qualifications in digital industries will be required (especially close to development teams).
- Advanced level of English.
