  • Recommend process and technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency, portfolio transparency, and program effectiveness, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and systems, assisting teams in resolving questions related to requirements, documentation, and delivery expectations.
  • Mentor and guide other analysts on best practices and standards in business analysis, helping to develop consistent methods and quality across the team.
  • Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure end users and support teams are prepared for new solutions and that benefits and impacts are clearly communicated.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data/portfolio analysis, strategy, or a closely related field.
  • Experience applying business analysis techniques, including information gathering, requirements documentation, process modeling, and process mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of supporting planning, portfolio management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Understanding of the technical project lifecycle and delivery, including familiarity with software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and big data concepts using tools such as Power BI or Tableau and relational data principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain difficult or sensitive concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in evolving, broadly defined roles and processes through self-reliance, resourcefulness, and independent work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and support executive forums, leadership updates, and portfolio reporting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills, with the ability to transform complex analysis into clear, engaging presentations for executives.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools such as SQL, Python, or Power Automate to support advanced analytics and workflow automation.
  • Background in disciplines such as Commercial Strategy, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Portfolio Management, Decision Science, Consumer Insights, or Finance.
