Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité de la Manager Costumes Production et Qualité, vous maintenez la qualité des costumes opérationnels et Spectacle. Vous en en assurez le maintien tout en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Quel est votre rôle ?

Vous êtes partie prenante de l’état des costumes, leur nettoyage et leur évolution :

  • Vous assurez le suivi des problématiques rencontrées sur la qualité des costumes opérationnels et mettez en place des actions correctives auprès des services concernés (Bureau d’études, production.)
  • Vous assurez le suivi des tests matières en collaboration avec notre prestataire de nettoyage et les différents services productions des costumes.
  • Vous anticipez les besoins de nettoyage sur l’ensemble de nos costumes, vous étudiez les évolutions de seuil de nettoyage et vous conseillez aussi sur le choix des solutions de matières.
  • Vous effectuez des tests terrain avec les opérationnels : vous analysez au mieux la durée de vie des costumes (matière, résistance, contraintes d’utilisation).
  • Vous participez à l'élaboration du programme qualité et vous le partagez avec les équipes opérationnelles lors de tables rondes par secteur (parcs, hôtels, etc.).
  • Vous facilitez et développez les relations de partenariat avec les services supports (prestataires, clients opérationnels, etc.).
  • Vous contribuez à développer nos actions en termes de RSE : suivi des partenariats avec les Établissement et service d'aide par le travail (ESAT), veille sur l'aspect environnemental (durabilité des produits, cycle de vie du produit jusqu'à son usure).
  •  Vous mettez en œuvre la stratégie Produits Qualité au sein du service, vous suivez les résultats de l'activité quotidienne et vous veillez à la satisfaction des clients et prestataires (Bureau d'étude, Evénements Spéciaux, TWDC, etc.).
  • Vous informez et expliquez les règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et les dispositions légales et conventionnelles et vous vous assurez de leur application.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous avez une appétence pour le monde du spectacle et ses costumes,
  • Vous maitrisez la technique mais vous appréciez aussi le travail d’analyse (ingénierie, comportement matière...)
  • Vous avez le souci du détail et êtes force de proposition pour identifier les éventuelles améliorations,
  • Vous avez la capacité d’intervenir à toutes les étapes du parcours de vie d’un costume,
  • Vous parlez Français (C1) et Anglais (B1)
  • Vous maitrisez le pack office,
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel, vous êtes un.e bon.ne communicant.e  et savez travailler en cohésion avec plusieurs partenaires, (interne, externe)
  • Vous aimez partager vos idées avec l’équipe et restez à l’écoute,
  • La maitrise des logiciels Photoshop et Illustrator est un plus,
  • Votre priorité est de travailler dans le respect des procédures opérationnelles et des règles de sécurité.
