Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité de la Manager Prévention, le/ la Coordinateur(trice) Prévention devra apporter stratégie et soutien technique dans ses domaines de référence, à savoir, en électricité, en cas d’atmosphères explosives (ATEX) et sur les risques liés aux machines, et s’assurer de la bonne réalisation des projets qui lui seront confiés et ce, avec la qualité de service que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Efficacité et Spectacle.

Vos missions :

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe en charge de la Prévention des Risques Transverses, vos missions consisteront à :

  • Identifier et évaluer les risques dans ses domaines de référence sur les différents projets confiés, les machines et/ou installation.

  • Formaliser un avis technique des risques détectés qui permettra au client d'engager les actions nécessaires.

  • Être force de proposition et contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, nouveaux services, etc.

  • Gérer les priorités sur son périmètre d'activités en fonction des contraintes identifiées et des missions/tâches confiées.

  • Rédiger des rapports et synthèses à la suite des évaluations et métrologies réalisées.

  • Créer et/ ou mettre à jour des documents de références (procédures, check-lists).

  • Appliquer et veiller au respect des procédures opérationnelles et des standards de qualité et environnementaux de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'au respect des règles de sécurité.

Votre profil :

Idéalement titulaire d’un Bac +2 en Electricité/ Electrotechnique, vous avez une expertise de 8 ans minimum dans ce domaine (Electricité et ATEX).

Une expérience professionnelle et/ou une connaissance de la règlementation ATEX serait fortement appréciée.

Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion de projet et dans la rédaction de procédures.

Vous êtes à l’aise sur le Pack Office.

Vous avez une excellente capacité d’analyse et un véritable sens de la rigueur et de l’organisation.

Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e) et vous aimez le travail en équipe.

De nature pédagogue, vous savez adapter votre discours en fonction de vos interlocuteurs.

Vous maîtrisez le français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1 minimum) et en anglais, vous avez idéalement un niveau B1 intermédiaire.

Une flexibilité horaire est demandée dans le cadre de visite terrain (tôt le matin pour des visites terrain avant l’ouverture des parcs, ou le soir après la fermeture ou de nuit.
