Le département Digital Technology fournit, par le biais de nos sites web et de nos applications mobiles, un portail de premier niveau vers notre destination.  

Disneyland Paris adapte sa stratégie commerciale pour améliorer sa performance et proposer une expérience unique à ses visiteurs. 

  

Dans ce contexte, nos équipes Technologies et Digitales lancent une initiative de transformation commerciale impactant nos plateformes de vente. A travers ce projet ambitieux, nous souhaitons refondre nos systèmes techniques et améliorer l’expérience digitale de nos visiteurs. 

Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Développeur Java talentueux et passionné pour rejoindre les équipes et ce projet unique!

Vos Missions ? 

  • Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour mettre en œuvre la feuille de route des produits E-Commerce 
  • Analyser les user stories et participer à la planification des sprints, aux démos et aux rétrospectives 
  • Négocier et ajuster les exigences en collaborant avec les partenaires commerciaux internes 
  • Produire un code facilement testable et bien testé (unitaire, intégration, performance, ...) 
  • Effectuer des code reviews 
  • Comprendre les concepts d'intégration continue et de déploiement continu et résoudre les problèmes qui y sont liés 
  • Assurer la haute disponibilité des développements 
  • Garantir la performance et maintenabilité des développements   
  • Assurer la qualité du code et le faible niveau de la dette technique des développements 
  • Participer à l'estimation des nouveaux besoins applicatifs et techniques
  • Apprendre de nouvelles technologies lorsque cela sera nécessaire

Méthodologie: Agility/SAFe, DevOps, Craft 

Infrastructure: Docker, AWS (ECS, ECR, ELB, ...) 

Outils: Maven, Git, Nexus 

Vos atouts pour réussir ? 

  • Idéalement titulaire d'un Bac+4/5 en informatique, vous avez minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels dont au moins 3 ans dans le développement de sites web E-Commerce.
  • Vous avez une solide connaissance de la programmation orientée objet, des tests unitaires, BDD et de l'intégration continue.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en développement Java et Spring.
  • Vous savez créer des microservices RESTful/GraphQL robustes pour des sites à haut trafic.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des normes PCI, PII, de la sécurité des sites web et avez de solides compétences en matière de résolutions de bugs (Network, Http, Performance).
  •  Rigoureux(se) organisé(e) et enthousiaste, votre esprit d'initiative et votre relationnel vous permettront d'assurer avec succès les missions qui vous seront confiées et de vous adapter rapidement à un environnement international dynamique.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français de façon courante, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (niveau C1)

Java Backend Developer

Our Technology Department provides a first-class digital portal to our destination through our websites and mobile apps. 

Within this department, the Technology Engineering Integration department manages all marketing and e-commerce websites as well as the mobile application for our Guests. 

Disneyland Paris is adapting its sales strategy to improve performance and offer visitors a unique and first-class experience. 

  

In this context, our Technology and Digital teams are launching a commercial transformation initiative impacting our sales platforms. Through this ambitious project, we aim to overhaul our technical systems and enhance our visitors' digital experience. 

We are looking for a passionate Java Backend Developer (IT Development Analyst) to to join the teams and participate to this this high value-added project! 

Your missions?   

  • Develop new Features to implement the E-Commerce Product Roadmap 
  • Analyze user stories and participating in sprint planning, scrums, demos and retrospectives 
  • Negotiate and adjust requirements by collaborating with internal business partners 
  • Produce code easily testable and well tested (unit, integration, performance, …) 
  • Perform peer code reviews 
  • Understand continuous integration / continuous delivery concepts and troubleshoot related issues 
  • Ensure developments readiness and high-availability  
  • Guarantee developments’ performance and usability   
  • Ensure code quality, sustainability and low level of technical debt of Developments 
  • Learn new technologies when required 
  • Participate in estimation for new initiatives

The keys to your success? 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of software development background with a minimum of 3 years of E-Commerce website development experience.
  • You have solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, of unit testing, behavioral testing and continuous integration.
  • You have excellent Java and Spring development skills.
  • You are proficient in creating robust RESTful and GraphQL microservices for high traffic websites
  • You understand PCI, PII, website security and have strong troubleshooting (Network, Http) skills
  • You are rigorous, self-organized and enthusiastic.
  • Your initiative and interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully carry out the missions assigned to you and to adapt quickly to a dynamic and international environment.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
