Depuis 1988, la grande famille des Imagineers (composée d’équipes Etudes, Travaux, Show, Ride et Support), réalise l’ensemble des Land et attractions de Disneyland Paris.
 

Aujourd’hui nos équipes sont engagées sur un vaste programme dédié à l’extension du parc Walt Disney Studios, et notre pôle Etudes (maîtrise d’œuvre de conception) a besoin de vous !

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Projet / Coordinateur de Projet H/F

En tant qu’Ingénieur Projet H/F, vous intervenez sur toutes les phases du projets en assurant continuellement la liaison entre la maîtrise d’œuvre de conception, la maîtrise d’œuvre d’exécution, le Show et le Ride, pour tout ce qui concerne les éléments liés aux lots architecturaux et lots techniques du projet.

Ainsi vous aurez pour missions de :

  • En phase études :

Avoir une compréhension Technique du Projet et assurer la coordination entre les différents lots.

Avoir une compréhension Règlementaire du Projet.

Assurer le Contrôle Qualité de la production dans le processus de production des dossiers ED&E avant diffusion.

Analyser les « Inputs » du « Show » et du Ride.

  • En phase appels d’offres

Participer à la mise en place de la stratégie d’Appels d’Offres et à la mise en place des allotissements.

  • En Phase Chantier

Assurer les interfaces Etudes / Construction en binôme avec l’Ingénieur Construction.

Manager le processus de Visas.

Coordonner la cellule de synthèse d’exécution.

Manager les Demandes de Travaux Modificatifs (DTM).

Curiosité, ouverture d’esprit, ouverture aux autres et adaptabilité, sont des atouts vous permettant de réussir et de vous épanouir chez nous.

Votre profil :     

De formation Ingénieur généraliste ou Architecte.

Vous avez une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans la coordination de projet de construction (lots architecturaux et lots techniques).

Vous avez idéalement pu intervenir et manager toutes les phases de projet.

Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et de la communication vous permettant d’intégrer les équipes et de les fédérer autour de votre projet.

Vous avez un esprit de synthèse et d’analyse.

Vous savez faire preuve de diplomatie et de fermeté notamment lors d’arbitrage.

Vous avez un anglais courant vous permettant de participer à des réunions avec des collaborateurs anglophones, écrire et lire des documents.

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.

Contrat CDIC (durée de fin estimée : mars 2025).
