Dans ce cadre, l’Assistant(e) Manager Restaurant partage sa passion pour la restauration avec ses équipes afin d’offrir une expérience culinaire inoubliable aux visiteurs de l’hôtel.
Au sein des restaurants de l’hôtel, et sous la responsabilité du/de la Manager, il/elle assure l’animation d’une équipe d’environ 30 personnes. Il/elle coordonne, et supervise l’ensemble des activités inhérentes aux restaurants dans un souci permanent d’excellence de service.
Vos missions ?
- Organiser, distribuer, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe (30 collaborateurs/collaboratrices) par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent
- Insuffler, en étroite collaboration avec le manager, une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs et collaboratrices
- Assurer la formation et le développement des collaborateurs et collaboratrices, et transmettre votre savoir-faire technique et comportemental
- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité ainsi que les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Traiter les opérations quotidiennes (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients
- Alerter en temps réel des écarts de performance au regard des objectifs de productivité
- Prendre les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité du service/produit et la satisfaction clientèle au quotidien
- Participer aux projets de votre secteur d’activité
Votre profil :
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans un poste similaire en management d’équipe au sein d’un restaurant buffet, brasserie et/ou service à table.
- Vous avez un niveau de Français C1 (courant) et d’Anglais intermédiaire B1.
- Une expérience en hôtellerie 4 étoiles serait un plus.
